About Us

Founded in 2012 by parent and coach Fred Whitaker, Blue Flames Basketball has become a pillar of the Chapel Hill and Chatham County community. For over a decade, we've used intense team competition to foster personal growth and build character, developing the heart, mind, soul, and skills of hundreds of athletes - from middle schoolers all the way up to D1 college players.
